What was already the most special day of my life, was made marvellous and memorable with the help of the Broadmeadows Blooms team. Not only were they friendly, patient with my many needs (as a bride you tend to be indecisive and unsure) as they handled all my questions and queries clearly and helpfully. They didn’t just meet my expectations, they exceeded them, and for that I am truly thankful. Thank you to Shradha, Rolla and Mirna for your amazing service and work. The flowers were magnificent, the buttonholes and corsages all perfectly done and with the extra flowers I requested around the house, it all really came together. I love flowers and I notice, whenever I got flower from Broadmeadows blooms, it last very long and remain fresh compared to other florists. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Planning a wedding and want fresh flowers? Don't use this florist as they are sure to ruin your big day. The flowers arrived in their store on Monday for the wedding which was on Friday. Flowers broke and my husband and page boy were left without a buttonhole and mother was left without a corsage, wrong colour ribbon used on the bouquets. Blame was put back onto the customer and the weather when it was only 25 degrees wasn't hot at all. The flowers all arrived in a rotten state. They will deliver to your house late and won't be on time as well. Best part is they have no satisfaction guarantee refund or returns policy even with photo proof. They are rude and sure to ruin your day and memorable photos.
